Known for her vibrant energy and positive spirit, she believes no challenge is ever as difficult as it first appears. Outside the office, her beloved husband, dogs, crafting, learning and golfing are a few of her favorite things.

Joe is a detail-oriented, experienced valuation professional dedicated to providing well-supported analysis grounded in deep-rooted faith. Married for over 30 years, he is the proud father of three adult children, swims regularly, actively leads devotional and service groups in his church and community, and is an avid New York Yankees fan.

When she’s not at work she’s a competitive dancer and rhythm champion who’s children are her greatest joy. She balances family life with her scrapbook business and organizing annual breast cancer awareness fundraisers.

Joel Phillips, SRA, AI-RRS, MBA

To support the breadth of services we provide, we collaborate with two independent consultants on select engagements. Tim Hansen and Brian Ginter provide an important extension to our professional network and bring years of specialized appraisal experience to our team.

Joel combines a disciplined, analytical approach with clear communication and a collaborative style to the team. He can always be trusted to deliver. Outside of work, he’s usually training in the gym, out for a run, working on his next credential and spending time with his niece and nephews.
