Kea serves as Executive Assistant to Russel and joyfully embraces her role as the team’s cheerleader and under-rower. Known for her vibrant energy and positive spirit, she believes no challenge is ever as difficult as it first appears. Outside the office, her beloved husband, dogs, crafting, learning and golfing are a few of her favorite things.

Tim brings steady leadership and deep valuation experience to the team. A seasoned appraisal professional and former federal executive, he’s known for lifting others up, always learning, raising the bar, and fostering a culture of trust and excellence. When he’s not working, his greatest joys are his family, the outdoors, and travel.

Matt serves as a Trainee Appraiser and handles the team’s financials. Known for his steady composure and willingness to help wherever needed, he brings a calm and practical approach to every challenge. Beyond the office, Matt is a devoted husband, father and Phillies fan who values both teamwork and dedication - on and off the field.

Lisa is an appraiser on the team who brings dedication and passion to both her work and every other part of her life. When she’s not at work she’s a competitive dancer and rhythm champion who’s children are her greatest joy. She balances family life with her scrapbook business and organizing annual breast cancer awareness fundraisers.
